Some of you may be laughing at the title of this blog, thinking to yourselves, "I'd rather get tips on quiet meditation from Rush Limbaugh." Indulge me though...
I know there are lots of single people out there. Most of them likely will never read this post, but if you know someone who is single - please just make sure they are keenly aware of the following two axioms:
1. If you participate in role playing games (Dungeons and Dragons, etc), then you are exponentially reducing your chances of being successful in the dating pool. The exponent by which they are reduced has a direct correlation to the amount of time you spend playing said games.
2. If you have ever waited in line overnight for the release of an MMO (massive multiplayer online) game and spent the next 96 hours (or so) in your or someone else's domicile, conquering things that don't really exist, then you are exponentially reducing your chances of being successful in the dating pool. The exponent by which they are reduced has a direct correlation to the number of times waited in line.
If anyone can prove these false, please let me know. Otherwise I'll be contacting whoever is in charge of things like Newton's Laws of Motion, Kepler's Laws of Orbits, the Laws of Thermodynamics (apparently those were collaborative), etc. to get those axioms codified.

Having been a high school geek, role playing game "Dungeon Master", I have to say that some games are played Co-ed and despite the geek factor dating can be accomplished on a roll of 15 or better (1d20), however, as for online games, well, there just isn't much of a chance for human interaction, no matter how well you roll the dice - super power warrior mage or not!!!

Good thing I've always kept it to a "cape and ninja sword collection" maximum...
Duly noted.
Now a post about things that will increase the chances of being successful in the dating pool please.
He he he! giggle giggle.
